Since joining BT Commercial Real Estate, Steve has consistently been one of the top five producers in the Oakland office. In 2001, he was recognized as Salesman of the Year in the Oakland office. Steve is both an office and industrial specialist in the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).
